Standard Composition
Featured by
– A machine body with two working tables, both driven by the hydraulic system;
– An operation panel with an automatic control system makes the whole welding process simple, efficient, and precise way. After setting the welding data (SDR, Pipe diameter, Standard requirement ), the welding machine will start welding automatically, so that the operators can mainly focus on the welding process, and stay away from other interference. The build-in memory could record the welding process and report it to the operator by transferring the data from the operation panel to the computer by USB connection, or automatically read out by connecting a printer;
– A milling cutter with hydraulic movement in/out, started by an electrical motor;
– A Teflon-coated heating plate with hydraulic movement in/out;
– With a full set of aluminum inserts and steel clamps, which make fittings elbows, tees, and crosses.
